Nobleza Azul Tequila starts with estate grown premium blue agave, which is harvested and painstakingly handcrafted by the certified Agaveros of the Torres family.
Uliziling only the finest, mature blue agave harvested from the Torres Family farms located in the rich volcanic soil of the highlands of Jalisco, Nobleza Azul Ultra Premium Tequila is produced using proven old world processes. You will see in the video that some of our fields are so remote, that they can only be accessed by mules and horses.
A must have tequila for your bar
THE CRAFT OF TEQUILA NOBLEZA:
Mules and horses are used to gather the agave from the highlands of Jalisco. We use them to carry the pina’s back down the mountain to the trucks where we take them to the distillery for processing and aging.
The recipe for Nobleza Azul Tequila is a closely guarded family secret and one we are sure you will enjoy. Whether you have it neat, on the rocks, or in a classic margarita, sip it slowly and relax while you savor the incredibly smooth flavor of Nobleza Azul. From our family to yours, we invite you to try Nobleza Azul and enjoy a quiet, relaxing piece of Old World Mexico…. Salud!.
Tequilafy Tasting Notes:
Visually, Nobleza Tequila Reposado is full bodied with a nice Honey tone color, the clarity and cleanliness is impeccable. On the nose, the alcohol had a very low impact and the aroma contained notes of honey, sweet agave, hints of cantaloupe, citrus, butter, oak, all topped by light vanilla accents. The taste had notes of raw canela* sticks, light oak, milky caramel, light pepper, sweet agave, all awakening our senses to a fantastic experience. The finish was warm and smooth with a dry semi sweet aftertaste that resonated in our mouth for a few minutes after the initial taste.
It is a great pleasure when we encounter tequila that is of such high quality, if you have
not tried Nobleza Azul Tequila Reposado we encourage you to request it next time you’re at
your favorite bar!
